About CI Fiduciary Group

Courtney moved from the Sacramento area to attend Westmont College. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in 1998 and later earned her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from Santa Barbara College of Law. She has over 15 years of social service experience with the County of Santa Barbara and served as the Court Investigator for the Santa Barbara Superior Court for ten years.She worked specifically for the probate division monitoring conservatorships and guardianships for legal compliance.

She left the Court in 2013 and launched her own fiduciary practice in an effort to continue assisting vulnerable adults in the community. Her approach and dedication provide nothing short of the trustworthy stewardship of your own or your loved one’s affairs that you would expect. With the services offered through CI Fiduciary Group, she is able to implement unique and creative solutions to your own or your elder’s crises while respecting individual and personal lifestyle choices. Courtney is also on the boards of Santa Barbara Hospice Foundation and Santa Barbara Estate Planning Council. She is the mother of two teen daughters and a lover of sunsets and iced tea.
